ANNFSU demonstrates against Ncell’s Share on Sale (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) have demonstrated against manipulation in the share and purchase of Nell’s share on the sale.

ANNFSU, the Student Union closer to the CPN(UML) party, demonstrated in front of the Ncell Office on Tuesday.

The demonstrators were sloganeering and carrying placards displaying slogans like ‘Make the income and expenditure of Ncell transparent, Boycott Ncell, Nationalize Ncell, Investigate the manipulated shares of Ncell,  No, Tax, No SIM, Reject Ncell, Tax Cheating is a crime!’ etc.

The students started the demonstration by claiming that the partner company of Ncell, Axiata, sold the shares at a low price to evade taxes. ANNFSU Chairperson Samik Badal warned to even halt the passage of Ncell vehicles if their demands were not fulfilled.
