Kathmandu: The Chief Whip Santosh Pariyar has presented the parliamentary party report in the central meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
The report mentioned the party members being promotion-oriented. The report mentions, ‘The second House of Representatives convention, which is also the second convention of the RSP, was overall dynamic and effective. Our exercise is getting mature but the weakness among us is as it is.’
According to the report, a political party means collective effort but the MPs of the parties were not moving in that direction. ‘But, our parliamentary practice is becoming more personal rather than public. We kept talking from the rostrum, but didn’t ask the friend next to us to stand up, ‘says the report.
Similarly, The report mentions, ‘We have failed to maintain unanimity in various places. However, this convention was a vital campaign even for RSP for party construction. The fact is other parties enter the parliament after becoming parties. We first entered the parliament and are becoming a party.’
