Dr. Govinda KC: Health Minister Basnet is leader of Mafia, Sack him immediately

Kathmandu: Medical Education Activist Dr. Govinda K.C. has demanded to immediately sack Minister of Health and Population Mohan Bahadur Basnet. Dr. KC demanded Minister Basnet’s sacking by calling him a leader of the Mafia.

Dr. KC issued a press release mentioning the immediate sacking of Minister Basnet. According to the press note, ‘It is illegal and deplorable to pressurize the concerned government organizations for providing affiliation to educational institutes instead of punishing those institutes, which have been in operation without meeting the criteria and against the act. This proves that Deuba and PM Prachanda’s  Health Minister is the leader of the Mafias. And the continuation of his tenure is contrary to democratic values. Immediately vacant the designation.’

Dr KC accused Minister Basnet of having been involved in constant unethical activities.
