Why is RSP organizing door to door program?

Kathmandu: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) will be organizing a door-to-door program from Saturday.

According to RSP Spokesperson and General Secretary Dr. Mukul Dhakal, the program is being organized to thank all the voters and collect suggestions from Saturday till Monday. RSP has planned the campaign as the last election would complete its one-year in the upcoming Mangsir 4.

‘We are organizing the program with a belief that door-to-door programs should not only be done before an election but also need to be done after the election,’ Dhakal said,’ We  have organized the program on Mangsir 2, 3, and 4 to thank everyone for trusting and casting precious votes on the last election along with taking advice, suggestion and caution from the people.’

Likewise, RSP Assistant General Secretary Kavindra Burlakoti said that all the MPs, candidates, and central members would participate in the program. 131 from direct and 107 from proportionate will be attending the program.

‘We were in a rush, during the election, as a new party. We will be reaching people to convey the message of still being committed to all those commitments we made during the time of the election,’ There will be mobilization in total 141 constituencies including 131 constituencies and 10 election constituency committees.’

Spokesperson Dr. Dhakal said that three days were not enough to reach all the areas but would be reached through different programs in the coming days.
