Bhai Tika in Balgopaleshwor Temple (Photo Feature)
Kathmandu: People have been visiting the Balgopaleshwor Temple, in the middle of the Rani Pokhari since the early morning.
The temple was opened at 5 p.m. Those people, who don’t have brothers and sisters, visit the temple on Bhai Tika. They worship Balgopaleshwor and put tika.
The temple was closed for several years, after the earthquake on 12th Baisakh, 2072 B.S. The renovation of the temple was completed in 2077 B.S. Then, it was reopened for the general public on Bhai Tika. The temple would open throughout the day.
