Competitive Exhibition of Flowers in Jawalakhel (Photo Feature)

Lalitpur: The 16th edition of the Godavari Flowers competitive exhibition has begun at Jawalakhel’s football ground.

Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development Dr. Beduram Bhusal inaugurated the event today. The Floriculture Association Nepal (FAN) collaborated to organize the exhibition.

There are a total of 75 stalls in the competitive exhibition. Out of which only 5 are competing. There are stalls of flowers, plants, seeds, fertilizers, and agricultural implements.

According to the association, it will distribute cash prize money of Rs.30 thousand, Rs. 20 thousand, and Rs. 10 thousand to 1st position,  2nd position, and 3rd position respectively. They will be also rewarded with shields, medals, and certificates.

Similarly, the stall with Best Flower will be awarded Rs. 20 thousand and Cut Flower Stalls Rs. 10 thousand.
