Israel attacks Hamas’s operational infrastructures

Kathmandu: The Israel Defense Forces had said about conducting artillery strikes in Lebanon.

The forces attacked on number of buildings in the Gaza Strip as per BBC. Explosions near Watan Tower in Gaza have been reported.

They posted footage of strikes over the buildings. The forces have been targeting several operational infrastructures of Hamas.

Hundreds of people have lost their lives in Hamas’ sudden attack in Israel on Saturday. According to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, around 250 people died in the attack. PM Netanyahu said that it was a black day and Israel had entered into a “long and difficult war.”

The Israeli army asked residents of several parts of the Gaza Strip to fleer their houses to prepare for retributive strikes against Hamas,

More than 2,000 people were injured in the attack. Dozens of Israelis including women and children were turned into hostages. Israel has been fighting militants in 22 places as per BBC.

Palestinian militant group Hamas (Palestinian militant group) had launched more than 5,000 rockets on Israel on Saturday. The violence continued in Tel Aviv and other Israeli cities on Saturday evening.
