Kathmandu: The jolting in the Sudurpaschim region has not stopped yet. Two medium earthquakes have been reported in the evening. Both the jolts have been recorded to be of around 5 Richter local magnitude (ML).
An earthquake was recorded at 5:19 p.m. The epicenter of the quake was on Hentabada. Another earthquake occurred in the middle of the Hematabada, Kadel village, and Bhitekhola at 5:38 p.m.
According to the National Seismological Centre, both the shakes were of 5 magnitudes. With this, a total of seven earthquakes have occurred in Bajhang. Out of which, 5 were of more than 4 magnitudes. The jolt at 3:06 minute was the highest one with 6.3 magnitude.
