Kathmandu: The Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has commented about opening all the corruption-related files.
Thapa today said that all sorts of files, harming the country and relating to corruption, should be opened. ‘The incumbent government has instilled some hopes by opening and starting the investigation of all sorts of cases including corruption.,’ said the former minister while inaugurating the first municipal assembly of the Shivasatakshi municipal committee, the NC.
Thapa said, ‘All those, who are found involved in various cases, should be punished impartially regardless of political affiliation.’
‘The NC must take leadership to convert challenges into opportunities, ‘he said, ‘We should not think about the 2084 BS election. We can change the face of the country by coming together from 2080 BS.’
He also stressed the need for all party leaders and cadres to work for a change in the lives of people but not do their efforts only during elections.
