Dreamt of becoming an artist; Situation made me a leader: PM Dahal

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has shared his dream of becoming an artist. 

PM Pracahanda shared his dream while addressing the finale of the ‘Mero Voice Universe.’ He said that there was a time when he badly wanted to become an artist but the situation made him a leader. 

PM Dahal shared his commitment to upgrading art and culture using politics as a medium despite his unfulfilled desire of becoming an artist. He said that art, literature, and culture result in emotional unity and requires promotion. 

PM Dahal said, ‘I am the person who was inspired by the desire of becoming an artist. I have been contributing to the field of art and culture as the Prime Minister. I would continue this in the upcoming days. Art, literature, and culture are full of emotions and sensations. It is equally powerful. It connects people, strengthens unity, and establishes own identity on the global level.’

He said that the programs like ‘Mero Voice Universe’ would help in promoting Nepali music in the world.
