Home minister attending the HoR session was weird: Oli

Kathmandu: The main opposition party CPN (UML)’s chairperson KP Sharma Oli has demanded the resignation of home minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha.

Oli demanded the resignation in an ongoing press meeting in Chyasal. He said that Shrestha going to the rostrum, of the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, instead of resigning was quite weird.

Oli said, ‘Home Minister going to the rostrum was a weird scene instead of resigning. There are lots of unsuccessful incidents. Gold is stolen from the placed area. Then, everything becomes gold. Even cigarette turns out to be gold. Is this the way of ruling, administration? What kind of government is this? Lots of huge talks but no implementation. Is this the way?’
