Kathmandu: Gokarneshwor Municipality has begun an eye camp from today onwards.
The municipality initiated the free eye check-up camp as the number of conjunctivitis patients is increasing. The eye camp has begun in the eye ward of the Gokarneshwor Municipal Hospital on Thursday.
Mayor Deepak Kumar Risal mentioned in the notice, ‘The number of eye infections is increasing in the municipality. The municipality has initiated the camp to control the spreading of the infection. We have arranged free check-ups and medicine in the camp.’
