Kathmandu:  A heart-wrenching photo of an accident victim pleading for rescue is getting viral on social media platforms. Instead of rescuing the person from the bleeding condition, people were seen busy making videos and photos.

The man was sitting on the road and shouting for ‘Help! Help!’ He immediately required rescue. But people were busy earning like on live rather than helping the victim.

As a  result, the person died on the way to the hospital. The shift in the mindset of people to make videos rather than help the victim is a very gloomy scenario. It clearly shows people forgetting humanity and becoming emotionless.

Who was the victim to die in the accident?

A motorcycle and a bus collided in Sorha Kilo, Lisankhu Pakhar, Sindhupalchowk.

23 years old Bishworaj Shrestha, a resident of Baiteshwor rural municipality-7, was injured in the accident on Tuesday. Shrestha was crying and shouting in pain for help for half an hour.

But, the crowd present in the accident scenario didn’t care about the pain of Shrestha. But, the viral video clearly shows people busy taking photos and videos rather than rescuing Shrestha.

The police of Lisankhu Pakhar took Shrestha to Sindhu Sadabahar Hospital, Khadichaur about half an hour after the accident. The hospital said that it cannot control the bleeding of Shrestha. The hospital said that Shrestha should be taken to Kathmandu. But he died on the way to Kathmandu. Shrestha was on his way to submit official documents for going to France. His loss has affected his family.
