Kathmandu: Nagarik Unmukti Party has decided to participate in the Sudurpaschim Province’s government. The party has decided to enter the government with one minister and a state minister.
According to parliamentary party member Ghan Shyam Chaudhary, the party will be participating in the government till Tuesday. Chaudhary said, ‘We are entering the government with one minister and one State Minister. Most probably, the oath will take place tomorrow. Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives has been fixed for us.’
Chaudhary said that Rameshwor Chaudhary was proposed for the designation of minister. But, he shared the chances of reshuffling.
The designation of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Law is also vacant in the province. The post has been vacant since the death of Prithvi Bahadur Singh in an accident. But, Nepali Congress has decided to keep the ministry.
