Putin warns of responding to Kerch Bridge explosion

Kathmandu: The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has warned of giving a proper response to the explosion of the Kerch Bridge.

Russia claims Ukraine is the reason behind the explosion of the bridge, which connects the Crimean Peninsula and Russia on Monday. Two people were killed and one was injured in the explosion.

Putin said that there would be a response from Russia and the Ministry of Defense was preparing for an appropriate proposal. He shared his opinions during the meeting with officials.

Putin has coined the bridge as a strategic and significant transport facility. He shared that he was waiting for the proper security proposals for the bridge’s improvement from officials.

He also termed the explosion as a ‘terrorist attack. The Ukrainian government has not commented on the accusation of the Russian government, regarding the explosion.
