District Court gives permission to keep all four arrested in remand

Kathmandu: Kathmandu District Court has permitted to keep four arrested people in the Lalita Niwas land grab scandal for additional seven days in remand.

CIB had brought four people to the Court on Wednesday. CIB said that the investigation was going on in the case.

CIB arrested Min Bahadur Gurung, Sudhir Shah(the then officer of the Bhaktapur Malpot Office), Dharma Prasad Gautam (Employee of the Malpot Office), and another Malpot Officer Gopal Karki on Tuesday.
