The distance of Sarangkot from Lakeside is 5 km. Annapurna Cable Car has also come into operation to shorten the time for exploring Sarangkot. One reaches Sarangkot within 10 minutes via cable car.

Annapurna Circuit, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung, and Himchuli are some of the dozens of mountains visible when the weather is clear in Sarangkot. People can even enjoy the appealing scenes of Phewa Lake and Pokhara Valley from Sarangkot.
