Province minister dies in Jeep accident, PM expresses sorrow

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has expressed grief over the death of Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Sudurpaschim Province Prithivi Bahadur Singh in a road accident earlier today.

Taking to his social media account, the Prime Minister has expressed profound sorrow over the demise of Singh, his wife Amritadevi and sister-in-law Jayadevi Singh.

Prime Minister has paid tributes to those who lost their lives in the accident and wished for the recovery of the injured.

Earlier, this afternoon, a jeep that Minister Singh was travelling met with an accident on the Jaya Prithvi Highway in Dharchada of Kedarsyun Rural Municipality of Bajhang.
