Kathmandu: Former Finance Minister Janardhan Sharma ‘Prabhakar’ said that increase in production is a key element for financial progress.

Sharma, during the ongoing pre-budget discussion in the House of Representatives (HoR), said that without a production mindset, economic indicators would not be improved.

Sharma said, ‘The budget must be prepared by focusing on the increment in production and creation of employment opportunities. This will create the opportunity for the promotion of agriculture, industries, education, health, and other related areas. And, the burning issues of the current economy can be resolved.’
