‘Discouraging act for people seeking a future in Nepal’: Nisha Dangi

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party RSP’s whip Nisha Dangi has requested the government not to discourage the youth who are seeking a future in Nepal.

Dangi pictured the demotivating scenario to the government while speaking in zero hours in the parliamentary meeting held on Tuesday. Dangi said, ‘Government is demotivating the youth, who are seeking a future in Nepal, This must be stopped.’

Highlighting the data of the Public Service Commission Dangi said, ‘The new application notice issued by PSC, after fetching the data for 2 months, for applicants is shameful. On the one hand, technology is evolving day by day in the global context, and on the other hand, our government is not even able to secure the data of 4 lakh applicants. A responsible entity like PSC has failed to secure the data, recover the data, and had announced another application procedure. Which level of negligence is this?’

She added, ‘A majority of youths have been migrating to foreign countries. This is the time that the government has to motivate people to do something in the homeland. But the incident has created a scenario of discouragement. One must not play with the future of youth.’

Dangi even asked to take action against the one residing in the responsible post of the PSC. She said, ‘It the data cannot be recovered, action must be taken against the responsible ones of the PSC. And there must be an end to the repeated postponing of the exams taken by PSC.’
