Thirty-seven varieties of plants have been planted in the Pashupati area in this connection. Special worship has also been solemnized at Pashupatinath, Guhyeshwari, and Basukinath temple premises on the occasion.

Prayers and worship have been offered at all three temples with a resolution of national welfare, PADT Spokesperson Rewati Raman Adhikari said.

PADT member-secretary Dr. Milan Kumar Thapa, treasurer Narayan Prasad Subedi, member of the Trust Steering Council, and executive director Dr. Ghanashyam Khatiwada, among the PADT officials, were present in the program.
