Daily rise in temperature, blazing heat felt across country

Kathmandu: People have started to reel under blazing heat, following the daily rise in temperature across the country.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the temperature has risen across the country due to the lack of cloudy weather and no rainfall in the the past few days.

As the sun shines all day from morning to evening, the blazing heat is being felt in various parts of the country.

The maximum temperature of Bhairahawa on Suturday reached 36.9 degree Celsius. While Janakpur recorded the temperature of 36.8 degree Celsius.

Likewise, the maximum temperature of Simara, Nepalgunj, Dipayal and Dhangadi was recorded at 35.4, 35.2, 33.8 and 33.5 degree Celsius respectively. Kathmandu on Sunday saw the maximum temperature of 29 degree Celsius.
